#17: Reflection 2 - CALL & Lesson Plan

Assalamualaikum wbt

For this post, we will be sharing our first reflections on of the topics learned in the class which in  the Computer Assisted Language Learning. The topic basically discussed on the use of computer in language learning and teaching. As we have briefly explained in our Lesson 2 post on CALL, technology is incorporated in the language learning process through three different stages (i.e. Behaviourist CALL, Communicative CALL & Integrative CALL).

There are three reflective questions for us to ponder upon:
1) Which courses incorporate the use of computer in teaching and learning?

2) Were the computer-based activities related to any of the three stages of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL)?

3) What are the important concepts in the three stages of CALL related to the activities?


For this particular topic, we had also been given a task to create a Lesson Plan based on our knowledge on CALL.
